Set aside some time, or come early to enjoy a walk in the 11-acre University of California Blake Garden (a teaching and research resource for the Department of Landscape Architecture & Environmental Planning) in which the Zone is located. (The garden is open from 8am-4:30pm, M-F).

My art-making with natural materials brings me a heightened and playful connection with nature that stimulates environmental action in my daily life. I'm hosting this event to share that process of connection, play, inspiration, and action with others.
